Your ze999 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. ze999 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

All financial transactions on ze999 — including deposits and withdrawals — must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. ze999 does not accept third-party payments. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. ze999 reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

Withdrawals are ordinarily processed within 24 hours of approval to the same payment method used for the deposit. ze999 does not charge processing fees on standard mobile banking withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which ze999 accepts no responsibility. ze999 may conduct additional security or verification checks before approving a withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or for accounts that have not previously completed KYC.
